Casa Batlló, a Barcelona landmark, is a 5-story residence that was redesigned in the early 1900s by Antoni Gaudi, known for its colorful use of glazed ceramic tiles inside and out, wavy roof lines, and an abundance of curves and arches throughout. The house is now a museum, open to the public, both for cultural visits and for celebrating events in its splendid modernist function rooms.  [see interior - arched passageways]
